Sabenza IT Recruitment is seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Engineer to join a dynamic financial services group in Centurion, just outside Pretoria.

You will apply SQL, data modeling, and visualization skills (Power BI) to deliver accurate reporting and insights, with programming in Python or R as a plus.

The role focuses on data analysis, testing data reporting, BI applications, and ensuring high-quality analytics across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL; programming in Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and BI testing experience preferred.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL is a must and proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis is preferred.
4. Experience with Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
5. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
6. Experience with testing data reporting, and BI applications is preferred.
