Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is seeking Sales Development Representatives across the country who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As an SDR, you will build target lists, engage via email, LinkedIn and phone, and maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft to support the Account

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
