Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Join a remote-friendly SA team and help build pipeline for our SaaS/agency clients while using outbound tools to reach target decision makers, and maintaining Salesforce and SalesLoft

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and managing a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
