You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients using thoughtful outreach across LinkedIn, email and phone.

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

About The Role

As Business Development Manager at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
