Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives to own the top of the funnel: researching target accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified meetings.

You will use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean pipeline records, and help drive pipeline growth across South Africa while working remotely.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
