Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, building lists and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

You will craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain clean records in Salesforce, and collaborate with Account Executives to turn prospecting into opportunities. Remote role, SA-based.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
