Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As part of the Business Development team, you will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, coachable and self-driven.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.

What You Will Own
