Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

In this remote role, you’ll leverage tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality engagements.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
