Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, sourcing decision makers, and booking discovery calls with qualified prospects for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, plus experience with Salesforce to manage your pipeline.

About The Role

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
