Job summary

Hire Resolve, a leading Financial Services company, is seeking a Business Consultant focused on the Property Space to help clients move funds internationally and locally.

You will drive sales targets, build relationships with real estate agents and clients, and develop a strong regional pipeline while delivering FX solutions.

Qualifications

• Matric, RE regulatory exams and FAIS compliance are required.
• Business/legal qualification is advantageous.
• Sales experience in the property industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets in line with the sales strategy to drive growth.
• Lead and develop relationships with key clients to build long-term sales opportunities and a regional distribution network in the FX market.
• Maintain, acquire and develop relationships with real estate agents and their clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong business pipeline for regional accounts and expand activities.
• Generate and close sales opportunities by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing FX solutions.

A leading Financial Services company who offers tailored Foreign Exchange services is currently looking for a Business Consultant in the Property Space.

The Business consultant will be responsible for the Property Industry, helping their clients move funds internationally and locally.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of both annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets in coordination with the company´s sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth and business development.
• Lead and develop relationships with key clients to build long term sales opportunities and an effective distribution network of regional contacts and influencers in the foreign exchange market.
• Maintains, acquires and develops key relationships with real estate agents and their clients
• Develops and maintains a strong business pipeline for regional Accounts and expands on activities.
• Responsible for generating and closing a consistently high level of sales opportunities with clients by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing appropriate FX solutions and services.

Requirements

• Qualifications – Matric + regulatory exams (RE) + FAIS compliancy
• Relevant business/legal qualification would be advantageous
• Experience: Sales experience in the property industry would be advantageous
• Entrepreneurial experience would be advantageous
