Job summary
Hire Resolve is seeking a Business Analyst – AI Automation in Germiston, Gauteng. You will enable, govern, and drive AI-driven solutions across the organisation, collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and redesign processes for improved efficiency and decision-making.
Key duties include maintaining the AI roadmap, delivering automation from concept to adoption, and ensuring governance, risk, and compliance across AI initiatives, leveraging SAP and Microsoft tools
Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12 is required.
- Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Digital Transformation, Process Automation, Enterprise Applications, or Intelligent Automation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the enterprise AI roadmap and implementation pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled business solutions that support improved decision‑making and productivity.
- Analyse and redesign business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Deliver workflow and automation solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.
- Track and report on productivity improvements, process efficiencies, risk reduction, and cost savings.
- Design and develop solutions using approved low-code technologies.
- Configure AI agents, automated workflows, forms, approvals, and knowledge repositories.

The largest mining company specialising in manufacturing precious metals like gold and silver is looking for a Business Analyst - AI Automation to join their team in Germiston, GP.
The Business Analyst – AI Automation will be responsible for enabling, delivering, driving the adoption of, and governing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Intelligent Automation solutions across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, redesign business processes, and implement innovative technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, decision‑making, productivity, and business performance.
- Maintain and manage the enterprise AI roadmap and implementation pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled business solutions that support improved decision‑making and productivity.
- Analyse and redesign business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
