Are you a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions?

An exciting opportunity is available for a Business Analyst to join a growing organisation where you’ll play a key role in analysing business processes, translating requirements into technology solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, data and emerging technologies.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyse and document current ("as-is") business processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks, duplication and improvement opportunities.
• Design and document optimised ("to-be") processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear business, functional and system requirements.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements can be effectively understood and implemented.
• Develop a strong understanding of business applications, system capabilities, integrations and data flows.
• Analyse potential technology solutions and work with technical teams to define practical solutions.
• Facilitate requirements analysis, solution design, testing and documentation for system enhancements and new solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and digitise processes using applications, workflow, data, integration, AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, application specialists, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver the intended outcomes.
• Research and evaluate new technologies that could solve business challenges or improve existing processes.
• Support continuous improvement across business applications and processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exposure to application environments, integrations and data flows.
• An interest in automation, AI, digitalisation and emerging technologies would be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable own transport are essential.
