Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking two experienced Camp Managers for a field guiding and wildlife training establishment in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. These hands-on hospitality leaders will oversee day-to-day camp operations and staff, ensuring a safe, clean and guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating housekeeping, catering and maintenance, managing schedules, and supporting wildlife training programmes while maintaining clear communication with trainers and stakeholders.

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily camp operations and overall management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and functionality.
• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate housekeeping, catering, maintenance and general camp services.
• Ensure meals and accommodation meet required standards.
• Support scheduling and logistics for field guiding and wildlife training programmes.
• Maintain effective communication with trainers, guides, trainees and stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, and assist with purchasing.
• Oversee camp facilities and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures are followed.
