The incumbent will liaise with clients to define scope and budgets, and work with a project team to translate concepts into detailed designs. Experience in mechanical building services and 2–3 years in HVAC is required, with a minimum B.

Qualifications

• Minimum B. Tech or ND in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to derive project scope and budgets.
• Interact with project team to coordinate efforts.
• Develop detailed designs from concepts.
• Research as required to perform designs & specifications.
• Oversee CAD personnel to translate designs into drawings.
• Prepare reports and keep minutes of meetings.
• Write and compile specifications.
• Call for tenders and adjudicate with tender reports.
• Contract administration (technical & financial).
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and resolve issues.
