This specialized role focuses on the design, performance, and integrity of the building envelope - the crucial interface between the interior environment and the exterior. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance in terms of thermal resistance, moisture control, air sealing, and structural integrity for a range of building typologies. This is a hybrid position, requiring collaboration at our Mossel Bay office and offering remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and specify building envelope systems, including roofing, cladding, windows, and curtain wall systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to moisture intrusion, air leakage, thermal bridging, and condensation.
• Conduct building envelope performance reviews and diagnostics.
