Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a seasoned Poultry Breeding Manager to lead breeding operations and breeder flock performance in a South African setting.

You will monitor production metrics, fertility, hatchability, and genetic improvement programmes while implementing best-practice breeding strategies and ensuring welfare and biosecurity compliance. Lead and mentor farm management teams and drive continuous improvement through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven poultry breeding experience.
• Strong understanding of poultry genetics and breeding management.
• Experience managing breeder flocks and production targets.
• Knowledge of biosecurity, animal welfare, and poultry health practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to relocate or work within Nigeria.
