Placements24 in Richards Bay is seeking a Creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to shape the brand’s online voice, craft compelling posts, and grow its communities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and the company blog.

You will own the content calendar, produce written, visual and video content, manage daily social media tasks, monitor trends, report on performance, and collaborate with marketing to amplify campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Digital Media.
• 3+ years creating content and managing social media for consumer brands.
• Proven ability to produce written, visual and video content with strong copy.
• Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar across social platforms and blog.
• Create high-quality written posts, graphics, videos, and stories aligned with the brand.
• Manage day-to-day social channels, schedule posts, respond to comments, foster community.
• Monitor trends and apply insights to improve social media effectiveness.
• Analyze performance metrics and report insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop integrated campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Identify and engage with influencers to expand reach.
