Placements24 is seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will develop engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more, manage the social calendar, and analyze campaigns to improve reach and brand loyalty.

We are looking for someone with storytelling flair, strong copy and design skills (Canva/Adobe), and a track record of growing online communities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing ability.
Experience managing multiple platforms and growing online communities.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand goals and target audience.
Create high-quality, engaging content including written posts, graphics, videos, and stories for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
Manage the social media calendar, scheduling posts for optimal reach and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
Respond to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive community environment.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all content.
Stay updated on the latest social media platform features, best practices, and emerging trends.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Experiment with new content formats and platform features to drive innovation.
