Totalstay is seeking a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to support social media campaigns, coordinate content, and keep marketing projects running smoothly from planning to delivery. You’ll collaborate with content creators, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and brand consistency.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketing or brand coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Social Media Management: plan, captions, scheduling, posting, and community engagement across platforms.
• Content Coordination: organise shoots, access, and deliverables with creators.
• Basic Content Creation: produce simple graphics/posts from templates.
• Campaign Support: assist campaigns across social, email, websites, Meta, and properties.
• Email & Website Updates: assist with emails, website edits, and basic Meta setup.
• Google Business Profiles: keep profiles updated and monitor reviews.
• Agency Coordination: manage briefs, feedback, and timelines with agencies.
• Collateral Management: assist with quotes, samples, printing, and delivery of marketing materials.
• Project Tracking: keep tasks updated in Asana and assets in Google Drive.
• Reporting: maintain trackers and reporting information.
• General Support: assist with other brand/marketing projects.
