Job summary

William Scott Associates in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Brand & Design Executive to join the Marketing & Business Development team. You will bring the brand to life across proposals, pitch decks, campaigns, content and video, collaborating with colleagues in London and Cape Town to deliver high-quality, consistent design.

You will drive visuals, refine templates, produce video content, ensure brand consistency and support campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in branding or design within a professional services context.
• Proven ability to create high-quality bid and proposal visuals.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development, Partners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design.
• Design bid and proposal documents aligned to the brand and client needs.
• Create and refine pitch decks and presentations for effective communication.
• Design and enhance templates to support brand consistency.
• Produce video content for use across channels and events.
• Maintain brand consistency and application across outputs.
• Support rollout of marketing campaigns with compelling visuals.
• Design content for digital channels, website, social and email.
• Demonstrate 3 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.
• Utilize Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) effectively.
• Develop strong PowerPoint presentations with professional structure.

A growing, award winning professional services firm is looking for a dynamic resourcing assistant to join their Cape Town office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing & Business Development team as a Brand & Design Executive, playing a key role in bringing our brand to life across everything we do. Working closely with colleagues in London and Cape Town, you’ll be responsible for delivering high quality, consistent and engaging design across a wide range of outputs - from proposals and pitch decks through to campaigns, content and video.

You’ll be joining at a time of continued growth and investment in our brand, with the opportunity to contribute to how we show up in the market, evolve our visual identity, and maintain the quality and consistency of our output across all channels.

What you will be doing:

• You will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development team, Partners and wider stakeholders to deliver high-quality design that supports the firm’s growth and profile.
• Tracking activity, analysing trends and identifying opportunities. Designing high-quality bid and proposal documents, ensuring they are clear, compelling and aligned to the company brand
• Creating and refining pitch decks and presentations, supporting teams to communicate effectively and confidently
• Designing and enhancing templates
• Editing and producing video content for use across social media, events and campaigns
• Brand consistency and application
• Campaigns and content - Supporting the rollout of marketing campaigns, creating visual assets for digital, social and internal channels
• Designing content across company social media accounts, website and email, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms
• Contributing to visual storytelling
• 3 years relevant experience, ideally gained a professional services/ partnership environment.
• Strong experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional, well-structured and visually engaging presentations.
• A strong eye for layout, typography and visual consistency.
• Experience producing a range of business facing design outputs, including presentations, documents and marketing materials.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You must have demonstrable experience of project management.
• The ability to take a brief and translate it into clear, effective design.
• Confident working with stakeholders at different levels across the firm.
