Hollywoodbets is seeking a Team Leader to manage a Ba-Phalaborwa branch in Limpopo. Lead operations to meet regional objectives and drive branch growth, while ensuring exceptional guest service and strict compliance. The successful candidate will oversee cash controls, reporting, and security, fostering a positive team culture and customer-centric approach within the branch.

Qualifications

• 12 months within the Retail, Gaming or Betting industry.
• 1-2 years leadership experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Branch Growth: achieve targets per branch budgets and educate guests on products.
• Cash Administration: manage cash and minimize risks.
• Branch Reporting: provide daily overview and manage stock.
• Security Management: ensure safety and monitor security.
• Branch Appearance: keep branch neat and compliant with standards.
• Compliance: follow internal controls and Gambling Board requirements.
• Communication: ensure timely information flow to support office.
• People Management: roster staff and guide team performance.
• Guest Service: deliver friendly service and handle guest feedback.
