Job summary

Metropolitan is seeking a strong manager to lead and motivate a team of Financial Advisers to deliver an excellent client experience and support the achievement of channel sales targets.

You will develop action plans to drive sales, enhance performance and ensure compliance with processes and legislative requirements while cultivating a productive branch culture. Recruiting top advisers will also be a key focus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience overseeing financial advice.
• Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products.
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
• Computer literacy.
