Job summary

Finbond Mutual Bank in Gauteng seeks a Branch Manager to lead financial, business, marketing and people management at the branch level. A Matric, sales/marketing qualifications, and a proven track record in microfinance or sales are advantageous, with a minimum of two years of managerial experience.

You will drive branch performance, ensure accurate daily/monthly balances, and develop sales and marketing plans to grow business. Coaching of staff and compliance with policies are essential.
