Job summary

You will oversee stock and asset management, reporting, training, and compliance, while fostering a collaborative, customer‑oriented branch culture. This role requires leadership and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant experience in retail/branch management.
• Grade 12 and NCA qualifications.
• Valid driver’s license and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch maximises gross profit and meets unit, Rand, and 2nd gross targets.
• Collaborate with the F&I Manager to fulfil financial and insurance requirements.
• Oversee stock and asset management and ensure proper cash handling.
• Communicate procedures to staff and ensure implementations are followed.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Hold monthly staff meetings to review results, marketing, opportunities and risks.
• Ensure F&I admin functions and compliance are efficiently performed.
• Train branch staff via internal courses and on‑the‑job training for productivity.
• Carry out performance appraisals as required.
