Finbond Mutual Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Bloemfontein to lead branch operations, drive client growth and sales, and oversee collections and staff performance. You will ensure policy compliance, manage marketing initiatives, and coordinate with Area Managers to achieve targets.

The role requires a Matric or equivalent with a 2-year track record in micro finance or banking, strong leadership, numeracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• 2 years proven track record in micro finance, banking or debtor management.
• Microsoft Office skills or equivalent are required.
• Honest, punctual, team leadership abilities, good interpersonal skills, sales aptitude and numeracy.

Responsabilités

• Branch Management: continuously monitor branch performance incl. new client growth, sales growth month-on-month, expense monitoring, compliant loans and 87%+ collections rate.
• Business/Compliance management: ensure policy compliance and NCA lending/display requirements; monitor staff adherence; report non-compliance.
• Sales and Marketing Management: develop and implement sales/marketing plans; drive cross-sell of non-loan products; track plan effectiveness.
• Collections: daily/weekly monitoring of future instalments; ensure 87%+ collections on current; maintain collections files.
• People Management: manage, motivate and monitor staff; facilitate training; ensure 360° communication with Area Managers.
