Job summary

Atlas Finance in Robertson, Western Cape, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff and deliver excellent customer service. You will drive revenue growth through loan applications, sales targets and collections, while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

The role requires a front-line micro lending background, a relevant certificate/diploma, and minimum two years in micro finance plus junior management experience. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L4)
• Certificate/Diploma in General Management (NQF L5)
• 2 years’ experience in Micro Finance
• 2 years’ experience in junior management
• Valid Driver’s License
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level
