Job summary

Atlas Finance in KwaZulu-Natal, Jozini, seeks a frontline Credit Loan Advisor to promote and assist clients in applying for loans while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will meet monthly loan sales targets and support collections activities, updating records and maintaining branch standards.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12 or higher, a Micro Lending Frontline Service certificate (NQF L3) and at least 2 years in microfinance, with strong mathematical literacy and a professional,

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) required.
• At least 2 years' experience in microfinance.
• Mathematical Literacy.

Responsibilities

• Meets monthly loan application sales targets by promoting Credit Loans.
• Meets monthly collections targets, by actioning company procedures and instructions for collections, and following up on collections of customers loan instalments.
• Accurately updates and maintains records, and branch housekeeping standards in a tidy and timely manner.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times

To promote, assist and enable clients to apply for credit loans, ensuring that these loan applications meet with all credit granting Regulatory and Policy compliance.
