Job summary

Atlas Finance in Johannesburg is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff and resources, and drive revenue through loans and collections.

The role requires a Micro Lending frontline service diploma, General Management diploma (NQF L5) with at least 2 years in micro finance and junior management, plus solid computer literacy and a valid driver's license.

You will lead loan sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure adherence to lending policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L4) is required.
• Diploma in General Management (NQF L5) is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Micro Finance.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• 2 years’ experience in junior management.
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
