Job summary

Atlas Finance is seeking to recruit for a branch management role responsible for day-to-day operations, staff supervision and delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on growing revenue through sales of credit loans and effective collections.

The ideal candidate has 2 years’ experience in micro finance, a relevant NQF L4/L5 qualification, and a valid driver’s license to support branch travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in micro lending frontline service (NQF L4) required.
• Certificate/diploma in general management (NQF L5) preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in micro finance or frontline lending.
• 2 years’ experience in junior management.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day branch operations and staff.
• Meets monthly sales targets by promoting credit loans and serving customers.
