Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years proven experience in sales and branch & operations management.
• Experience leading a diverse team of sales, technical, operational and admin staff.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relations.
• Ability to plan, organize and maintain high administrative standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales, technical, operational and administrative staff to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships and strive to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations.
