Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1 year in sales or marketing, is Matric, and understands FAIS requirements. RE5 is advantageous; Class of Business training is expected within 12 months of employment.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a sales or marketing capacity.
• Experience within insurance branches an advantage.
• Matric (Grade 12).
• RE5 advantageous.
• FAIS Compliant (Wealth Management) as per DOFA requirements.
• Class of Business training to be completed within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound financial guidance and excellent client service in-branch.
• Cross-sell value-added products and optimize client portfolios.
• Validate client details per product and regulatory requirements; submit new business.
• Manage client profiles, follow-ups, reminders and queries to ensure client retention.
• Maintain compliance, CPD, and accurate records; log activities for reporting.
