Job summary

Finbond Mutual Bank is seeking a Regional Controller to support regional branches by authorising transactions, refunds and corrections, and by ensuring accurate supplier invoicing and reconciliations. The role requires strong Excel skills, numeracy, and multi-language communication to serve a diverse market.

You will manage stationeries, filing, travel arrangements, and adhoc queries while maintaining internal controls and coordinating with landlords on lease agreements.

• Approving refunds and loan cancellations
• Authorising fingerprint overrides and LT loan payouts
• Processing supplier invoices and reconciling accounts
• Maintaining filing systems and handling confidential material
• Managing branch distributions and travel arrangements
• Communicating with landlords and handling lease agreements
• Assisting with ad-hoc queries and report preparation
