Job summary

Rosstone seeks a BPMN Process Engineer to drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business-process knowledge through modelling, simulating, and analysing current and future states.

The role focuses on complex business outcomes using technical expertise in line with the business strategy and requires hands-on experience with Camunda, BPMN/DMN, and integration with UI and data-driven decision automation.

Job description

BPMN Process Engineer

Purpose:

• To drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering; validating; documenting; and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling; simulating and analysing current and future states.
• Focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise in line with the business strategy.

Must Have:

• 5 years + of BPM experience
• Modelling BPMN/DMN

Technical / Professional Knowledge:

• IBM BPM \ BAW
• Kafka/Confluent
• Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps pipelines)
• Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST API and JSON
• Ability to Design Solutions
• Experience with functional and performance testing
• Modelling and deploying workflows in Camunda Modeler and integrating them with custom UIs. AI enabled workflow optimization
• Publishing / consuming events via Kafka/Confluent
• Camunda 7/8, Camunda Modeler
• BPMN 2.0
• Understanding of data driven decision automation
