Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to high hospitality standards
• Perform professional bed-making and present beds neatly

• Clean and sanitise bathrooms and surfaces
• Dust, sweep, vacuum and mop rooms and common areas
• Carry out turndown service when required
• Assist with basic food preparation and meal service as needed
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain neat, welcoming guest areas and handle guest belongings with care
