TechBridge Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper for an established Gauteng-based company within the automotive parts sector. The role requires a hands-on finance professional with strong daily cash-up, cashbook, creditors and reconciliation experience.

Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience is essential, with automotive parts industry exposure. Proficiency in Vision or Pastel, strong Excel skills, and excellent numerical ability and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Matric with Accounting and a bookkeeping qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience in a relevant sector.
• Experience in the automotive parts industry is essential.
• Strong daily cash-up experience and cashbook processing required.
• Stock receiving and stock takes understanding is preferred.
• Experience with Vision or Pastel is highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily cash-up and cashbook entries accurately.
• Process creditors, perform reconciliations and prepare payments.
• Manage bank reconciliations and supplier statements.
• Assist with stock receiving and perform stock takes as needed.
• Utilize Excel and other financial systems with precision.

Key Requirements

• Matric with Accounting; Bookkeeping qualification advantageous
• Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
• Automotive parts industry experience is essential
• Strong daily cash-up experience is essential
• Cashbook processing and bank reconciliations
• Creditors processing, reconciliations and payment preparation
• Experience assisting with stock receiving and stock takes
• Previous experience with Vision and/or Pastel is highly advantageous
• Strong Excel and general financial systems skills
• Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail
• Valid driver's licence and own transport
