Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen is seeking an experienced Bond Cancellations Secretary to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in managing bond cancellations across ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank, with a strong grasp of conveyancing procedures and Deeds Office rules.

You will work independently yet collaboratively, maintain meticulous records, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 23 years experience specifically in Bond Cancellations.
• Experience handling bond cancellations for ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank.
• Good knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and conveyancing processes.
• Proficient in GhostConvey, WebConvey and E4.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
