Qualifications

• Qualified Motor Technician with a relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a BMW focus.
• Strong problem-solving skills addressing complex mechanical/electrical issues.
• Excellent communication to explain technical information to colleagues and customers.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and workshop management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with leadership in a workshop setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on BMW vehicles to high workmanship standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic knowledge.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and promote continuous improvement.
• Keep accurate service records with dealership software.
