Placements24 is seeking an experienced Blockchain Technical Lead to guide a development team in Bloemfontein, Free State. You will oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable blockchain applications, mentoring juniors and ensuring high code quality.

The role blends hands-on leadership with hands-on coding in Solidity, Go or Rust, and involves collaboration with product teams in an agile, hybrid work setting to deliver secure, production-ready blockchain solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive software development experience with a strong focus on blockchain technology and distributed systems.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or team lead roles.
• Strong proficiency in blockchain languages such as Solidity, Go or Rust.
• Experience with smart contract development frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat) and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries and dApp development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and architectural design skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
