Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end blockchain solutions tailored to specific enterprise requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda).
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate blockchain capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, security, performance, and interoperability.
• Create detailed architectural designs, documentation, and roadmaps.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Conduct technical workshops and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution proposals and technical presentations.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers on blockchain principles and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software design, and implementation.
• Minimum of 4 years of focused experience in blockchain technology and solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (permissioned and permissionless), consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
• Familiarity with industry-specific use cases for blockchain (e.g., supply chain, finance, healthcare).
• Experience with API design and integration.
