The position emphasizes hands-on coding and problem-solving in a fast-paced crypto environment. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of software experience with at least 1 year in blockchain, plus proficiency in Solidity and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of professional software development experience, with at least 1 year focused on blockchain development.
• Proficiency in smart contract development languages such as Solidity.
• Good understanding of blockchain principles, distributed ledgers, and cryptography.
• Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache).
• Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React) is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
