Qualifications

• Proven blockchain development experience, especially dApps.
• Strong Solidity knowledge and smart contract tooling (Hardhat/Truffle).
• Frontend skills with React or Vue.js and web3 libraries.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and token standards.
• Familiarity with IPFS and oracles is a plus.
• Experience with Git and collaboration in teams.
