Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• Proven blockchain development experience with smart contracts (Solidity/Rust).
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and consensus.
• Experience with web3 libraries and frameworks (Truffle/Hardhat/Web3.js/Ethers.js).
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js/Python/Go).
• Familiarity with security best practices in smart contract development.

Responsibilities
