Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, with at least 1.5 years focused on blockchain and smart contract development.
• Proficiency in Solidity and experience with EVM-compatible blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon).
• Understanding of blockchain concepts, including distributed ledger technology, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
• Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks and tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache).
• Experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js for front-end integration.
• Knowledge of Git for version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for blockchain technology and decentralized applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity or Vyper.
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) that interact with blockchain networks.
• Integrate smart contracts with user interfaces and back-end services.
• Perform code reviews, security audits, and vulnerability assessments for smart contracts.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and technical solutions.
• Optimize smart contract performance and gas efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to smart contract deployment and dApp functionality.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to the technical design and architecture of new blockchain projects.
