Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related life science field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on research experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical setting.
• Proven expertise in molecular and cellular biology techniques including mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with bioinformatics tools and data analysis software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex scientific information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize experiments related to drug discovery and development using advanced biotechnology techniques.
• Perform molecular biology assays (PCR, Western blotting, ELISA) and cell culture.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and present findings in scientific forums.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (medicinal chemists, pharmacologists, clinicians).
• Maintain accurate laboratory records in accordance with GLP.
