Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining inventories in LIMS, and coordinating specimen requests. Strong knowledge of GCLP, LIMS, and cold-chain management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a GCLP-compliant or auditable lab environment.
• Knowledge of specimen management and cold-chain requirements.
• Familiarity with LIMS and regulatory documentation.
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the laboratory specimen repository, ensuring integrity and traceability.
• Maintain inventory, data entry in LIMS, and liaison with staff and vendors.
• Coordinate specimen requests, retrieval, storage, and distribution for testing and collaboration.
• Prepare Master Thaw Lists and Individual Thaw Lists to support testing activities.
• Monitor storage capacity and optimize utilization of storage systems.
