Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design, development, or operation of biomass energy systems.
• Strong understanding of biomass feedstock properties, preprocessing, and combustion/gasification principles.
• Experience with project management and familiarity with relevant safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide practical solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Design and engineer biomass energy conversion systems, including combustion, gasification, and anaerobic digestion technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for potential biomass energy projects.
• Select appropriate equipment and technologies, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend improvements.
