Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MSc in Bioinformatics, CS, Stats or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R with libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic analyses.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale biological datasets using statistical and ML techniques.
• Develop predictive models for disease risk and treatment response.
