Placements24 seeks a skilled BIM Specialist to join our Richards Bay team. You will develop BIM strategies, create and manage models, and ensure cross-team collaboration to improve design quality and project coordination in the KwaZulu-Natal region.

You will lead BIM implementation across design, documentation, and construction phases, mentor staff, and drive efficient workflows using Revit and Navisworks. Based in Richards Bay, this role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Specialist or similar role.
• Expert in Revit and Navisworks; solid understanding of other BIM tools.
