This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about BIM, Revit family development, digital design systems, and workflow optimisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and governing our custom and proprietary Revit library, ensuring content is structured, standardised, scalable, and aligned with best‑practice BIM workflows. You will collaborate closely with design teams, resource centre specialists, and BIM leadership to support the continuous evolution of our digital design ecosystem.

If you enjoy creating intelligent Revit content, improving design processes, and helping teams work more efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebuild, rationalise, and structure the existing library into a clean, scalable, and efficient system.
  • Develop high‑quality, parametric, and performance‑optimised Revit families.
  • Act as the central authority for Revit library content across Interior Architecture and Interior Décor teams.
  • Establish and maintain library standards, naming conventions, content approval protocols, and governance procedures.
  • Integrate library content with Interior Architecture and Décor design logic, schedules, and documentation workflows across all project stages.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Centre to convert curated products and materials into usable digital assets.
  • Support and drive BIM EXCO initiatives, deliverables, and strategic objectives.
BIM Standards & Documentation
  • Maintain compliance with office BIM standards and procedures and stay informed of updates.
  • Assist with monitoring and managing content usage across teams.
  • Support the development and updating of SOPs, standards documentation, and user guidance materials.
  • Assist with marketing and media‑related BIM and content requests.
Content Development & Technical Support
  • Assist with the creation, editing, and maintenance of Revit families.
  • Configure components according to established templates, standards, and naming conventions.
  • Produce reports and insights for Principals to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new BIM tools, applications, and workflows.
  • Support complex modelling requirements and provide Revit‑related assistance to project teams.
  • Assist with Revit audits and quality assurance processes.
Training & Continuous Learning
  • Complete BIM Learning Management System (LMS) content as assigned.
  • Attend training sessions and actively contribute to team learning and development.
  • Assist with compiling training summaries, guides, and educational resources.
  • Support the ongoing development of BIM capability within the business.
Additional Support Areas
  • Materials and finishes library development for ARRCC IA & ID.
  • Revit templates, graphics, and standards development for ARRCC IA & ID.
  • Complex model support and troubleshooting.
  • Revit model reviews and audits.

  • Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar visualisation platforms.
  • Experience with Revit family creation and content management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Advantageous
  • Exposure to Dynamo, scripting, automation, or computational design tools.
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, content governance, and documentation processes.
  • Interest in visualisation workflows and digital design technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud‑based collaboration platforms and model‑sharing systems.

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop BIM and Revit expertise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to follow established processes and complete tasks independently.
