Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a BIM Modeller to join our client’s Cape Town team. You will develop and maintain 3D BIM models for infrastructure and civil projects, producing drawings and documentation for construction.

Work closely with engineers, coordinate designs, and implement BIM standards and best practices. 2–5 years of experience preferred; South Africa Cape Town

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of BIM modelling experience in a consulting environment.
• Education: Multi-Disciplinary Draughting Certificate.
• Proven experience on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit; BIM 360 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for infrastructure and civil projects.
• Produce accurate drawings, plans, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate designs with engineers and project teams.
• Assist in model coordination and clash detection.
